By using PrepAI, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Service Description
PrepAI provides interview preparation tools, including AI-assisted features and optional premium subscriptions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- PrepAI offers auto-renewable subscription plans.
- Plan title, duration, and price are shown in-app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for educational guidance only.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepAI is provided "as is" without guarantees of interview outcomes.
